We use no analytics, statistics or marketing cookies. We do not track you, we show no ads, and we share nothing about your visit with third parties. This page sets out exactly what we store, why, and for how long.

What this policy covers
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the site.
Similar technologies — local storage and session storage — are treated identically in this policy. That is not a courtesy on our part: the Danish Executive Order on Cookies (BEK no. 1148 of 09/12/2011) covers any storing of, or access to, information in your terminal equipment, whichever technology is used.
This policy covers the website retsguide.dk. Cookies set independently on app.retsguide.dk are described in the app’s own cookie policy.
What we store
Everything below is first-party. There are no third-party cookies on this website.

Necessary for the functions you have chosen to use. They need no consent under § 3(2) of the Executive Order on Cookies and cannot be switched off.

rg_lang is set on the domain .retsguide.dk and is therefore shared with app.retsguide.dk, so your language carries over when you continue to the service.
What we do not use
This website contains none of the following:
- Statistics or analytics cookies. There is no analytics tool on this site — no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, and no alternative.
- Marketing or advertising cookies.
- Third-party cookies of any kind.
- Tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
- Embedded third-party content. There are no iframes, no YouTube and no Google Maps — the map of Denmark is drawn locally.
Fonts are fetched when the site is built and served from our own domain. Your IP address is therefore not sent to Google or any other font provider when you visit the site.
Your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, as required by GDPR Article 7(3).
You can also delete cookies and local storage directly in your browser settings. The site will keep working — you will simply need to choose your language again.
